1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Mifort Solutions OÜ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and your enrollment in our Java training programs. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Enrollment and Admission

4.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in our courses, you must:

• Complete the enrollment application form
• Meet any course prerequisites
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions
• Pay applicable fees as outlined in your enrollment agreement

4.2 Admission Requirements

Students must be at least 16 years old to enroll in our courses. Minors must have parental consent. We reserve the right to verify the accuracy of information provided in applications.

5. Course Fees and Payment

5.1 Fees

Course fees are specified during the enrollment process. All fees are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due before the course start date unless alternative arrangements are made
• We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as specified
• Late payments may result in course access suspension

5.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund available if cancellation occurs 7 days before course start
• 50% refund available if cancellation occurs 3-7 days before course start
• No refund for cancellations within 3 days of course start
• Refunds processed within 14 business days

6. Course Delivery and Attendance

6.1 Course Schedule

Course schedules are provided upon enrollment. We reserve the right to modify schedules with reasonable notice to students.

6.2 Attendance Requirements

Students must maintain at least 80% attendance to receive certification. Make-up sessions may be available for excused absences.

6.3 Course Materials

All course materials remain the intellectual property of Mifort Solutions OÜ and are provided for educational purposes only.

7. Student Responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

• Regular attendance and active participation
• Completing assignments and assessments
• Maintaining a professional learning environment
• Respecting instructors and fellow students
• Following all course policies and guidelines

8. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain professional behavior at all times. Violations may result in course suspension or expulsion without refund. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Disruptive behavior that interferes with learning
• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Cheating or plagiarism
• Unauthorized sharing of course materials
• Illegal activities on premises

9. Certification

Upon successful completion of course requirements, students will receive a certificate of completion from Mifort Solutions OÜ. Certification requirements include:

• Minimum 80% attendance
• Completion of all required assignments
• Passing grade on final assessment
• Compliance with all course policies

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to curricula, presentations, code examples, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Mifort Solutions OÜ. Students may not:

• Reproduce or distribute course materials
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Share access credentials with third parties
• Reverse engineer or modify proprietary content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mifort Solutions OÜ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the course fees paid
• Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control

12. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Course Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

• Modify course content, schedule, or instructors
• Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
• Suspend services for maintenance or technical issues
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, or pandemic restrictions.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mifort Solutions OÜ regarding our services.
